Our service is sold to verified businesses only, not to individual consumers.

Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we have designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints regarding the service, its content, and the processing of personal data.

Our commitment when you raise a grievance:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receipt, as required under applicable Indian law.
- You may raise a grievance by email, phone, or in writing to the postal address above. When you do, please describe the issue clearly, include any relevant invoice or transaction references, and tell us the outcome you are seeking — this helps us resolve your concern faster.
- If your complaint concerns a data-protection right under the DPDP Act (such as access, correction, or erasure of your personal data, or withdrawal of consent), the same officer also serves as our data-protection point of contact. Details of your rights and how we handle data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome (escalation path):
- You may ask for your complaint to be escalated to the proprietor / director of Hardik Agarwal by replying to your grievance thread and requesting escalation; we will review the matter afresh.
- For unresolved data-protection complaints, you may, after exhausting the above, approach the Data Protection Board of India constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
A Note for Recipients of Calls
If you received an AI-generated or recorded call and wish to be removed from a calling list, please note that the business running that campaign is the caller of record, not auto4you. auto4you provides the software; our customers are responsible for who they call, for obtaining valid consent, and for honouring DND / NCPR and opt-out requests under TRAI regulations and applicable Indian law.
That said, we take misuse seriously. If you believe a call placed using our platform was unsolicited, deceptive, or otherwise improper, please contact our Grievance Officer above with the calling number, and the date and time of the call. We will investigate and, where warranted, suspend or terminate the customer responsible under our Acceptable Use Policy.
