Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for the auto4you platform — the AI voice-agent calling software operated by Hardik Agarwal (“auto4you”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and made available at https://auto4you.in and the customer dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in.
Please read this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Pricing and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing calling credits, you agree to the terms below. This Policy is offered in addition to, and does not take away from, any non-waivable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.
1. What you are paying for
auto4you is a business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, sold to verified businesses only and not to consumers. Businesses use our dashboard to build, configure and run AI voice agents that place and receive phone calls — for outbound sales and cold-calling, lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-up reminders and inbound support — in Hindi, Hinglish and Indian languages. The customer remains the calling party of record and is responsible for lawful use of the service.
Charges fall into two categories, and each is treated differently for refunds:
- Subscription fees — a recurring platform fee (for example monthly or annual) that gives you access to the dashboard, agent builder, integrations, analytics and a defined plan allowance.
- Usage-based calling credits — prepaid units consumed as your AI agents actually place or receive calls, metered per minute or per call. A “credit” is a prepaid, non-transferable, non-monetisable unit of service usage. Credits cannot be cashed out, resold, redeemed for money, or converted to any other instrument.
Because the calling service is delivered and metered in real time over live telephone networks, a credit is “consumed” the moment a call is connected and the corresponding minutes are used. This is a digital, instantly-rendered service — the underlying telecom and AI-processing cost is incurred by us at the moment of the call and cannot be recovered. Consumed service is therefore not refundable, as explained below.
2. Subscription billing & auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) until you cancel.
- Your saved payment method is charged on each renewal date. We send a receipt to your registered email for every charge.
- auto4you is operated by a sole proprietor that is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is added to the published prices. If our GST status changes, applicable taxes will be shown at checkout, as indicated on the Pricing page.
- You can view your plan, billing cycle, invoices and remaining credits at any time inside your dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of fees already paid (see Sections 4 and 5).
To cancel, do any one of the following:
- Open your dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in → Billing / Subscription → Cancel plan; or
- Email us at hardikagarwal@autosysai.dev from your registered email address with the subject line “Cancellation request”; or
- Call us at +91 73404 00524 during support hours and follow up in writing.
What happens after you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep dashboard access and any plan allowance until then.
- Auto-renewal is switched off, so you will not be charged again for that subscription.
- Any unused prepaid calling credits are handled as described in Section 5.
- We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us so we can verify it.
Downgrading or changing your plan follows the same rule: the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and a self-service downgrade does not by itself create a partial refund of the current period.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date. A cancellation made after a renewal charge applies to the following cycle.
4. Subscription refunds
Our standard stance is honest and usage-based — this is not a blanket “no refunds” policy:
- Consumed / metered usage is non-refundable. Calling credits already used (minutes or calls placed or received by your AI agents) are non-refundable, because the service was delivered and the telecom/AI cost was incurred in real time.
- Unused subscription time. A subscription fee buys access to the platform for the billing period, and you receive that access and value in full for the period you paid for. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of that period; we do not, as a default, refund the portion of a subscription period that has already begun — except where Section 6 (billing errors) applies, where we have given you a specific written commitment, or where applicable law requires a refund.
- Annual plans. Where you have prepaid for an annual term and cancel early, we may — at our discretion, or where required by law — refund the unused whole months remaining on a pro-rata basis, after deducting (a) any usage already consumed, (b) any discount that was conditional on the annual commitment, and (c) non-recoverable transaction or processing fees. Contact us to request a pro-rata assessment.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Calling-credit refunds (usage-based)
- Used credits are non-refundable. Once a credit is consumed by a connected call, it cannot be refunded or reinstated.
- Unused prepaid credits. If you have prepaid for a credit top-up and have not used those credits, you may request a refund of the unused, untouched balance within 7 days of the original purchase. We may deduct payment-gateway and transaction fees that are not recoverable by us. Promotional or bonus credits granted free of charge are excluded from refunds.
- Expiry. Credits may carry an expiry period as stated on the Pricing page or at checkout. Expired credits are not refundable but, at our discretion, may be reinstated.
- Promotional & bonus credits (granted as part of an offer, trial or goodwill gesture) have no cash value and are never refundable.
6. Billing errors, duplicate & failed charges
We will refund you in full and promptly in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same subscription or top-up.
- Incorrect amount — you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, due to a verifiable error on our side.
- Failed activation — your payment succeeded but, due to a fault on our side, your account was never activated and no credits were provisioned or consumed.
- Unauthorised charge — a charge you can show was not authorised by you or an authorised user on your account.
To claim, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your invoice or transaction ID. Approved corrections are refunded to the original payment method.
7. Free trials & promotional offers
New businesses get 30 minutes of free AI calling to try the platform before paying, as described on the Pricing page. The free trial does not auto-convert into a paid charge — when your free minutes are used up, you simply choose to buy a plan to continue. We do not run hidden trials or silent (“negative-option”) auto-charges, and you are never charged without explicitly buying a plan.
8. How refunds are processed & timelines
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of our approving your request. The amount is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase — we do not issue refunds to a different card or account, or as cash.
- After we process a refund, your bank or card network may take additional time (typically up to 5–7 business days) to reflect it in your statement; this part is outside our control.
- A refund that we approve and process is the full and final settlement of the charge it relates to. Refund eligibility is assessed from the date of the original transaction.
- Currency & gateway: all payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) through PayU; eligible refunds are returned in INR to the original PayU payment method used for the purchase.
- Non-recoverable payment-gateway fees may be deducted from a refund where applicable and permitted by law.
9. Refunds and Acceptable Use
auto4you is calling software that you operate. If your account is suspended or terminated for a breach of our Acceptable Use / Anti-Spam Policy — for example, using the service without valid DLT registration or approved headers, calling numbers on DND/NCPR lists, calling without the required recipient consent, or using it for fraud, impersonation, deceptive or high-pressure scripts or unsolicited spam — no refund is owed for service already consumed, and any unused balance is handled at our discretion in line with this Policy and applicable law. This protects compliant customers and the integrity of the calling networks we depend on.
10. How to request a refund

- The email address registered to your auto4you account;
- The invoice number or payment / transaction ID;
- The reason for the request (for example duplicate charge, unused credits, or cancellation).
We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 48 hours and to resolve it within 7 business days of receiving the information needed to verify it. We may ask for additional details to confirm account ownership and prevent fraud.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card network or PayU, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly, and raising a dispute may temporarily suspend your account while it is investigated.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing model, payment partners or legal requirements. The version shown here, with the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, always governs. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email where reasonably practicable.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights available to you.
