auto4you is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform that lets verified businesses build and run their own AI voice-agent calling campaigns — outbound sales and lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups and reminders, and inbound support — in Hindi, Hinglish and Indian languages, from a single dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in.
This page sets out our pricing model in full. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Every fee you may be billed is described below. If anything is unclear, contact us before you subscribe (details at the bottom of this page).
Who this is for: auto4you is sold to verified businesses only, not to individual consumers. You are the calling party of record for every campaign you run. By subscribing you confirm that you are authorised to run calling campaigns for your organisation and that you will comply with our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy — including completing DLT registration and using approved sender headers, obtaining valid recipient consent, honouring DND/NCPR, complying with TRAI TCCCPR 2018, the DPDP Act 2023 and other applicable law, and disclosing where required that calls are AI-generated and may be recorded.
How pricing works
auto4you uses a simple, prepaid model:
- You buy a plan — each plan gives you a balance of calling minutes (credits) at a fixed per-minute rate, plus access to the platform and its features.
- Minutes are consumed as you call — calls are metered in real time and drawn down from your plan balance. When your balance runs low, you simply top it up.
This means you only ever pay for what you use, at a clear, published rate. There are no setup fees, and no charges beyond your plan and any add-ons you explicitly select at checkout.
What is a “credit / minute”?
A credit is a prepaid unit that you spend to use the platform’s calling capability. Credits are consumed in real time as your AI voice agents place or receive calls, billed per connected minute.
Important characteristics of credits:
- Credits are prepaid service-usage units only. They are not money, not a deposit, not a wallet balance, and not a stored-value instrument.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and non-monetizable — they cannot be resold, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or converted into any other form of value.
- Credits are consumed when service is rendered. Once consumed, credits are non-refundable, because the corresponding telephony and AI processing has already been delivered in real time. Unused prepaid credits are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How minutes are billed
- Calls are metered per connected minute, from the moment a call is answered until it ends.
- Billing is per second — you are charged the plan’s per-minute rate divided by 60 for each second of connected call time, so you never overpay for part-minutes.
- The per-minute rate depends on the plan you choose (higher plans have a lower per-minute rate) — see the plan table below.
- Outbound and inbound calling, AI processing, recording, transcription and call analytics are all included in the per-minute rate unless a specific add-on is shown separately at checkout.
- A minimum top-up of ₹500 applies when adding more credits to your account.

“Approx. included minutes” is the plan price divided by the per-minute rate, billed per second as you call. Prices are subject to change with prior notice; the price you see and confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
What every plan includes
- AI voice agents for outbound and inbound calling in Hindi, Hinglish and supported Indian languages
- The campaign builder — configure agent prompts, voice, accent and call goals (sales, qualification, booking, follow-ups, reminders, surveys)
- Lead/contact list upload and campaign scheduling from the dashboard
- Call recording, transcription and analytics — outcomes, conversion, objections and call-level detail
- Dialer, CRM and calendar connections where supported
- Access to https://app.auto4you.in for all authorised users on your account
Higher plans give a lower per-minute rate and greater calling concurrency. Enterprise adds custom volume pricing, dedicated onboarding, uptime SLAs and bespoke integrations.
Billing, payment & auto-renewal
- Currency & gateway: all plans are priced and billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and processed securely through PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
- How you pay: you can top up or buy a plan at any time from your dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal (optional): if you opt into a recurring plan, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your selected payment method, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Your next renewal date and amount are always visible in your dashboard. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time — self-serve from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Failed payments: if a renewal or top-up charge fails, we may retry the charge and may pause campaign access until the balance is cleared.
Payments are processed securely by PayU. auto4you does not store your full card number or CVV.
Taxes
auto4you is operated by a sole proprietor that is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is added to the prices on this page — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. If our GST status changes in future, applicable taxes will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment, and this page will be updated.
Free trial
New businesses get 30 minutes of free AI calling to try the platform before paying. The free trial lets you build an agent and place real calls so you can judge the quality for yourself. When your free minutes are used up, you simply buy a plan to continue — we do not auto-charge you at the end of the trial, and we never enrol you into paid charges through hidden or negative-option trials. If you choose to continue, you pay only for the plan you select.
Eligible refunds & cancellation — in brief
auto4you is a usage-based telephony and AI service. Because calls and AI processing are delivered in real time:
- Consumed minutes and used credits are non-refundable, as the corresponding service has already been rendered.
- Unused prepaid credits are handled on a clear, fair basis — including refund eligibility for billing errors, duplicate charges and plans that were never activated.
- Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, via PayU.
