This Shipping & Delivery / Service Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) explains how the auto4you service is delivered to you after you subscribe or purchase credits. It applies to the auto4you marketing website (https://auto4you.in) and the auto4you application (https://app.auto4you.in), both operated by Hardik Agarwal (“auto4you”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Please read this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Pricing and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. This is a digital service — no physical shipping
auto4you is a business-to-business Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, sold to verified businesses and not to consumers. We provide AI voice agents that place and receive phone calls on behalf of our business customers — outbound sales and cold-calling, lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups and inbound support — in Hindi, Hinglish and other Indian languages, all managed from an online dashboard.
Because everything we sell is a digital, cloud-hosted service:
- No physical goods are sold, shipped or couriered. There is no packaging, no tracking number, no postal or courier delivery, and no shipping address is required.
- No shipping, delivery, return-shipping, restocking, customs or import fees of any kind apply. Pricing is exactly as shown on our Pricing page (plus applicable taxes such as GST) with no hidden delivery charges.
- The “delivery” of auto4you is the electronic provisioning of access to your account and the credits/subscription you have purchased.
Any reference to “shipping” or “delivery” on this website or at checkout refers solely to the electronic activation and provisioning of your auto4you account, as described below.
2. How the service is delivered
Once your purchase or subscription is confirmed, auto4you is delivered to you entirely online through the following channels:
- The auto4you dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in — where you build AI agents, configure scripts, upload contact lists, launch campaigns and view call recordings, transcripts and analytics.
- Login credentials tied to your registered email address, giving you and your team access to your workspace.
- Prepaid usage credits and/or an active subscription plan added to your account, which power your outbound and inbound calling.
- API access (where included in your plan) so you can integrate auto4you with your own dialer, CRM or calendar.
You do not need to install any physical hardware or receive any physical item to use auto4you. A device with a modern web browser and an internet connection is all that is required.
3. Activation and provisioning timeline
We aim to provision access as quickly as possible after a successful payment:
- Account access: When you register at https://app.auto4you.in, your dashboard account is created and accessible immediately upon successful sign-up and email verification.
- Credits & plans: On successful payment confirmation from our payment partner (PayU, for INR / India payments), your purchased credits and/or plan are activated instantly in the large majority of cases — and in any event within 24 hours of payment confirmation. This activation is normally automatic.
- Onboarding & go-live: Before your AI agents can place outbound calls, some setup is required on your side — for example, configuring your campaign, uploading your contact lists, and ensuring your telecom and DLT compliance (including registered headers and valid recipient consent) is in place, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Our team can assist with onboarding; for higher-tier plans, guided onboarding may be scheduled with you directly.
If, in rare cases, a payment requires manual verification (for example, additional KYC or anti-fraud checks by the payment gateway), activation may take a little longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed by email.
4. Confirmation of delivery
Once your account is provisioned and your credits or subscription are active, you will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation in the auto4you dashboard showing your active plan and available credit balance, and
- An email confirmation / payment receipt sent to your registered email address by us and/or by the payment gateway (PayU).
You can check your current plan, remaining credits and usage at any time from your dashboard at https://app.auto4you.in. This is your authoritative record that the service has been delivered and is active.
5. Delivery, access or activation problems
If you complete a payment but cannot access your dashboard, or your credits or subscription do not appear active within the timeline above, please contact us promptly and we will resolve it:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your registered email address, the date and approximate time of payment, the amount, and the payment reference or order ID from PayU. We aim to acknowledge delivery and access queries within one business day.
If your payment was deducted but no service was activated and the issue cannot be resolved, any eligible refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Service availability
auto4you is delivered on an “as-available” basis as a cloud service. While we work to keep the platform available 24/7 so your campaigns can run around the clock, access may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, third-party telephony or infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any service-level commitments that apply to your plan are set out in your Terms & Conditions or your order.
7. Geographic availability
auto4you is offered to businesses in India and is billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through PayU. As a fully digital service, delivery is electronic and is not subject to physical shipping or import restrictions. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of AI calling complies with the telecom, consent and data-protection laws of every jurisdiction you call into, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
